You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute our content or services.
You understand that services are provided for entertainment, guidance, and informational purposes only.
The service does not provide professional advice, including legal, financial, or medical guidance.
You agree not to rely on the service as a substitute for professional counsel.
You understand that all astrological readings, chat interactions, and the profiles of the astrologers (including their names and images) are generated by an artificial intelligence (AI) model, not a human, and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Payments and Billing

Initial chat time is free for 2 minutes.
To continue beyond free minutes, payment is required.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to engage in harmful, unlawful, or abusive activities while using the service.
You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way.
If you provide the personal data of a minor for astrological reading, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and are authorized to do so. You agree to be solely responsible for any consequences arising from providing such data without proper authorization. You agree to indemnify and hold our Company harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from your failure to do so.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not make warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any content provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, its content, and all AI-generated responses are our exclusive property.
You are granted a limited, personal, and non-commercial license to use the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes (other than consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Gurugram, Haryana. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to file a complaint where you reside or work.
