Refund & Cancellation Policy

     1. Free Trial Period
  • Users are provided with an initial free chat session of 2 minutes. 
  • During this period, no charges are applicable, and no payment details are collected unless the user chooses to continue beyond the free minutes. 
  1. Paid Services
  • After the free trial ends, users may purchase additional minutes by making payment through our integrated third-party payment gateways. 
  • Payments are processed securely, and confirmation of payment will be shared with the user. 
  1. No Refund Policy
  • All payments made for unlocking extra chat minutes are final and non-refundable. 
  • Since our services are digital in nature and consumed instantly upon purchase, we cannot provide refunds once chat time has been credited and/or consumed, either partially or fully. 
  1. Exceptions to Refund

   Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances: 

  • If the payment was deducted but the service (chat minutes) was not delivered due to a verified technical error. 
  • If duplicate payments were made for the same transaction due to a system glitch. 
  • If required by applicable consumer protection or financial laws in the user’s jurisdiction. 

    In all such cases, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to the policies of the  payment gateway and the user’s bank. 

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Since services are delivered instantly after payment, cancellations are not applicable once the purchase has been completed. 
  • Users who do not wish to continue may simply stop using the service. 
  • We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

 

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes
  • Users agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. 
  • In case of unauthorized transactions, we will assist in resolving the issue with the payment gateway in compliance with legal requirements. 
  1. Governing Law
  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by applicable international e-commerce and consumer protection laws. 
  • Users are advised to review this policy periodically, as it may be updated from time to time.
